Salmon Patties
Tasty way to use canned salmon

Ingredients
1 – 16 oz can red or pink salmon, remove big bones and skin as much as possible, reserve liquid.
1 egg,
1/4 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp black pepper,
24 individual Saltine (Salada) crackers,
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp dill
Method
Step 1 – Combine all ingredients. Form into patties,
Step 2 – Fry in a small amount of oil until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes each side.
