Salmon Patties

Tasty way to use canned salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 – 16 oz can red or pink salmon, remove big bones and skin as much as possible, reserve liquid.
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/4 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper,
  • 24 individual Saltine (Salada) crackers,
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dill

Method

  1. Step 1 – Combine all ingredients. Form into patties,
  2. Step 2 – Fry in a small amount of oil until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes each side.
