This recipe was given to me by a friend, Cathy Smiroldo. Very easy and very good. I used this recipe with my hospitality students.

Total time: 1 hour
Ingredients
CRUMB BASE
200 gm (7 oz) crushed Maree biscuits (or graham crackers)
120 gm (4 oz) butter
FILLING
1 1/2 lbs (750 gm) cream cheese
1 Cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
TOPPING
2 cups blueberries,
1/3 cup sugar,
2 TBS cornstarch,
1/4 tsp cinnamon,
1/4 tsp nutmeg,
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp butter.
Method
Combine the base ingredients and press into an 8 in (20 cm) round pan that has been lined with baking paper. (I have used a metal pie tin to make this and it worked fine.)
Combine cream cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix until smooth. Pour into base.
Bake in a slow oven 150C (300F) until set. About 1/2 hour or so.
Combine the topping ingredients and heat until boiling and thickened.
Allow the cheesecake to cool, and then pour the topping onto the cheesecake
